I’ve been busy crunching the numbers so to speak, trying to work out my new healthcare plan. Unfortunately, nothing will be as effective as it is currently, but such is life.
My plan is to:
- Reduce the once per month treatments I currently receive to every two months
- Reduce the weekly treatments I currently receive to every other week
- Have members of my family reduce their current weekly treatments to every six weeks
It will still cost more than we are currently spending, but hopefully, it will be doable. I only hope reducing my treatments won’t have a negative effect on my body. Time will tell I suppose but I’m not looking forward to waiting it out to see what happens, especially when I *finally* had things under control.
This whole situation hasn’t fully unfolded yet either, so there is still a chance I will lose everything and have to start over. In a way, I would just like it to all happen now so I can start putting the pieces in order. Sigh.
Just when you think you have everything worked out, you find out you don’t. Life lesson (which I already knew…but didn’t think would ever happen here) – it’s best to rely on nobody but yourself. After I get this worked out and things settle down, I will need to work on that.
Onward and upward!
